Welcome to SingularShift. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services (“Services”). By accessing or using SingularShift, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Overview
SingularShift provides AI-readiness infrastructure, tools, reports, and consulting services to businesses, primarily in the UAE and MENA region. By using our Services, you agree to do so in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Use of Services
You agree to:
- Use our Services only for lawful purposes.
- Not engage in activity that interferes with or disrupts our Services or networks.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system or data not intended for you.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe any activity is harmful, illegal, or in violation of these Terms.'
3. Intellectual Property
All content, software, data models, reports, and tools provided via SingularShift are the intellectual property of SingularShift or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to:
- AI Readiness Reports
- Voice Agent Tools
- Organisational LLMs
- Proprietary Data Corpus
- Training Modules
- Workflow agents
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
4. Confidentiality
SingularShift may collect and process sensitive business insights during its engagements. All client data and findings are treated as confidential unless explicitly agreed otherwise. For enterprise clients, additional confidentiality and data usage terms may be detailed in a separate agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SingularShift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of our Services.
6. No Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we aim to provide valuable, accurate, and up-to-date insights, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes from your use of our recommendations or platforms.
7. Subscription & Payment Terms
Where applicable, access to premium features, AI readiness reports, or vendor matching services may require a subscription or one-time payment. Terms of payment will be outlined at the time of purchase. SingularShift reserves the right to change pricing with notice.
8. Third-Party Vendors
As part of our offering, we may recommend or refer you to vetted AI vendors. SingularShift is not responsible for any agreements or outcomes resulting from those vendor relationships unless explicitly stated in a partnership agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
